Applications :
• The sodium-bentonites allow a good clarification and stabilization of the white and rosé juices or wines by adsorbing proteins.
• Used after a gelatin treatment, they avoid overfining.
• In botrytized juices they eliminate the polyphenol- oxidases, thus preventing the further precipitation of these compounds.
• They also discolor white wines or stabilize the color of red wines.
