Œnogel 30

Silica gel based fining agent.
 
Œnogel 30 is a silica gel based fining agent. In association with gelatin or Colle de Poisson OF, it facilitates the agglomeration of the lees, speeds-up the process and prevents overfining. Unlike tannins, it doesn't give a hard edge to white wines.
