Characteristics :
Enzym’Poudre GLO/uc has pectolytic activities particularly adapted to the degradation of slightly esterified pectins (methylation lower to 80%), which are characteristic of grape berries.
Polygalacturonase is the most representative activity, higher than 30 000 Nanokatals.
Properties :
Using 'Enzym'Poudre GLO/uc allows :
- A faster clarification of the musts during must settling, hence it saves time.
- A better agglomeration of the deposit from the must.
Applications :

First case : good quality of extracted juices (little loaded and healthy)
Incorporate Enzym'Poudre GLO/uc either when receiving the harvest if a complementary extraction action is required or during juice extraction if only clarification is required.
2nd case : juices loaded, spoiled and/or rich in polyphenols
Add Enzym'Poudre GLO/uc only after juice extraction.
Then add Vinificateur C, N or SR to ensure perfect settling of the must against spoilage agents (impurities, oxidases).
