Riddling additive
 
Adapted to new technologies, Colle 2, offered in a powder form, combines the abilities of its 2 components : bentonite and potassium alginate. The speed of riddling and high clarity achieved by Colle 2 make this product the choice for automated riddling.



  

Composition :

 
Sodium bentonite and alginate.
- Color : creamy white
- SiO2: 50 %
- Al2O3 18.5 %
- Alginic acid 8 %
 

Properties :

 
- Recovers all the suspended particles,
- Gives an easy to remove compact deposit,
- Thin-layered, compact settlement at bottle ring level after riddling,
- Perfect clarification of disgorged wine,
- Does not alter wine bouquet.
