Properties :
Oenotannin Perfect, because of its purity and its high active tannic fraction contributes durably to the wine stability.
• It removes harshness of wine because it reacts with wine polyphenols (tannin polymerization, tannin-anthocyanin complexing,...)
• It flocculates proteins of red and white wines ;
• It stabilizes the coloring compounds of the wine
• It protects wines from oxidation.
• It has a high antiradical activity
