Yeast Hulls

 
Yeast hulls prevent and treat stuck fermentation
Yeast hulls adsorb the fatty acids harmful to fermentation and therefore increase the rate of fermentation of the juice.


 

 


  

Composition :

• Yeast hulls

 

Properties :

• Yeast hulls fix the toxic fatty acids that inhibit fermentation (C6, C8, C10) and which are produced by the yeast. Yeast hulls fix also pesticide residues.
• They probably release other elements, like sterols and unsaturated long- chain fatty acids which, far from hindering the fermentation process, favor it.
